I want to create a product made with simple, seasonal, sustainable ingredients. Food has become this complex thing that often times you can't trust. What does local mean? How can I make a product that both speaks for itself in quality and taste and is also serves as the interface for creating a trusting environment to simplicity. So many of my friends have gotten into their craft at a this level where they achieve great success but then begin to question 'at what cost'. We have this earth to tend to while we create amazing things and most often when you reverse things, when you go back, shift and begin again; the power that comes with that is humbly evident in what you feed to people. That transparency creates trust and creates community. There is nothing more that I want to do than FEED MY PEOPLE, in the best manner possible!
